What makes Dr. Berry's Naturals different from other companies?
We are a family owned business that is run by a practicing Emergency Room Physician and Internist. In addition, we utilize a team of advisors including several naturopathic doctors as well as expert advisors in good manufacturing practices (cGMP), product production, encapsulation, raw material sourcing, labeling, formulation, nutritional science and R&D.
Like you, we want results, both for our families and for our patients. We also want a great quality product at a fair price. We are diligent about finding the best raw materials, and use exacting standards for quality, purity, and efficacy.
Do you test your products?
YES! We only use State Inspected cGMP labs and each product goes through extensive testing. We only use the highest quality sources for raw materials. Click here for more information.
Do your products contain common allergens?
With minor exceptions, our formulas do not contain wheat, gluten, corn protein, yeast, soy, animal, or dairy products. None of our formulas contain artificial colors, artificial sweeteners, or preservatives. We do use natural flavors in certain chewable products.
Have your glandulars been tested for mad cow disease?
Yes. Our bovine-sourced formulas are very safe and do not pose any risk for mad cow disease. Also: Many of our glandulars are porcine (pork) in origin so do not pose the risk of this disease.
Do your formulas contain fillers?
There are a few instances in which fillers are used. In cases where a filler must be used, we use only vegetable-based cellulose or rice flour or rice bran.
What about shipping & delivery?
* All Dr. Berry’s Naturals supplements ship the next business day. You will receive an email from us with your USPS tracking number.
* Please allow the usual processing time of 3 days for any box orders. During the pre-launch period, orders will take a little longer. Please be patient with us and our vendors. We are working really hard to fulfill your order as soon as possible.
* For mixed orders, you will receive two tracking numbers, one for your Dr. Berry’s Naturals supplements and one for your Dr. Berry’s Naturals boxes. Please note, these will come in two separate emails.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns due to the customer being unsatisfied with the product. We sell cosmetic treatments, not cures, and dietary supplements, and make no guarantees on any products to work for specific customers. We strongly suggest and advise that for hair growth and strengthening treatments 60-90 days of continuous use be adhered.
If you have any known allergies, be sure to read the product ingredients as we are NOT responsible for any allergic reactions you may have with our product. We do not accept returns due to allergic reactions.
Also, because we work with other small business owners to showcase their business, we make no guarantee on any product within this site and each owner has their unique individual business and their is no direct association.
Furthermore, during COVID-19 and until otherwise noted, refunds are not accepted.
